In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ct999," "we," "us," "our" refers to the ct999 online gaming platform operating at ct999.cam, including its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on ct999, accesses the platform, or uses any service provided by ct999.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a User on the ct999 platform.
• "Platform" means the ct999 website, its sub-pages, mobile-optimised interface, and all games, betting markets, and services accessible through ct999.cam.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" means the PKR funds held within a User's ct999 account available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to a User's account subject to bonus-specific terms.
• "Wager" means any bet placed by a User on a casino game, live dealer table, sports event, or other betting market offered on the ct999 platform.

References to any statute or statutory provision include any modification, re-enactment, or extension thereof. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on ct999. 2.2 One Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold one ct999 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ct999 uses a combination of device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to enforce this policy. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited pending investigation.

2.3 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions. ct999 is intended for use by players in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using ct999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. ct999 makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate in any specific location.

3.1 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ct999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share these details with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify ct999 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ct999 will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. ct999 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain credential security.

3.3 Account Transfers. ct999 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your ct999 account. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 KYC Verification. ct999 is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawals. You agree to submit valid identity documentation — including a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence — when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

4.1 Supported Methods. ct999 currently supports the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and Meezan Bank transfers. ct999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms. All deposits are credited in PKR. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction in the ct999 cashier. ct999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which ct999 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, subject to KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the cashier. ct999 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the withdrawal page, typically within 6 hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and 2–4 business hours for bank transfers.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. ct999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts. Withdrawals cannot be processed from accounts that have not completed KYC verification or where there is a pending investigation.

4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for funds deposited into your ct999 account is considered fraudulent and constitutes a breach of these Terms. ct999 reserves the right to pursue recovery of charged-back funds through all available legal means.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by ct999 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion. Withdrawal requests made before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. ct999 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be available to Users who display patterns consistent with bonus abuse.

5.4 Abuse & Fraud. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or fraudulently claim bonuses — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of bots, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses expire as stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your ct999 account.
• ct999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market on the ct999 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant betting page. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.

6.2 Finality of Results. Game outcomes and bet settlements on ct999 are final once confirmed by the platform. In the event of a technical error or system failure during a game session, ct999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to your balance. No further claims will be entertained.

6.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules for each sport as stated on the ct999 sportsbook. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ct999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any part of the ct999 platform, including game sessions and betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the ct999 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of ct999 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

9.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ct999 platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights of reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation are granted.

11.1 Suspension by ct999. ct999 reserves the right to suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, if ct999 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, or is associated with suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

11.2 Termination by ct999. ct999 may permanently close any account found to be in material breach of these Terms. Upon termination for cause, ct999 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and winnings associated with prohibited activity, subject to the completion of any investigation.

11.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your ct999 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. After closure, all balance will be returned to your nominated payment method subject to KYC verification.

11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, your licence to use the ct999 platform ceases immediately. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, prohibited activities, and limitation of liability — shall remain in full force.

12.1 Right to Amend. ct999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the ct999 platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

12.2 Notification. Where ct999 considers amendments to be material, we will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification. 12.3 Governing Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

12.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the ct999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ct999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
